Chanel’s summer salon tucked away on a manicured property in East Hampton, has opened the door to stylish clients. On Saturday night, guests arrive at Hedges Inn, a newly renovated historic property full of charm, hydrangeas until Chanel on July 28.

A cobblestone path marked by Chanel signs sets the tone for the arrival of the secret garden, leading the road to a private residence: a winged, doll-like structure that appears to be designed for Chanel’s darling. Inside, the walls are lined with spring and summer 2025 fixtures, lined up in a row, while the fun touch – Chanel surfboards (Très Hamptons), Chanel tennis rackets (Très Wimbledon), and a selection of exquisite jewelry including Camélia Diamondlials (Trèsply) – all over the parts.

During cocktail hours, guests float rosé between the blooming backyard and salon before radiating, stopping to try putting on a tweed jacket and oversized sunglasses or taking a mirror or taking a selfie in a mirror or two.

On the deck of the hotel, the nostalgic smell of the campfire greets Swifty’s candlelight dinner as guests sit down to entertain candlelight dinner, a menu-based restaurant known for its decades-old Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and Creamed spinach. Grilled peaches, burritos and heirloom tomato salad start the meal. Sarah Wetenhall is the creativity behind the colonial hotel in Palm Beach and the reinvention of the Hedges Inn, taking pride in the impeccable service at night.

The murmur spins with surprising performance when main courses and Sancerre’s glasses are served. When singer-songwriter Ashe came on stage, a burst of cheerful applause broke out. Ashe, wearing the 2019/20 Métiersd’Art collection, bold red lips and her signature sunset silk muslin dress with blonde curly hair, evokes Cindy/Margot/Marilyn Sciel Siren Hybrid under the light. She performed hits like “Depleting Time” and “Untilever Crash Forever” before entering the cover of “No Written” by Natasha Bedingfield. “That’s not mine,” Ash joked. “You might be thinking, ‘I know this girl!'”

After the show, two fans rushed to the “morality of the story.” “This has allowed me to get through the breakup. Legal!” said a man crying.

The night ends the classic in a stylish form: the S’mores bar, complete with an old-fashioned silver tray, topped with graham cookies, chocolate and marshmallows. After several brave golden perfect attempts, most guests surrendered to a perfect marshmallow – manually assembled into a server that Chanel paired with. Because if Chanel knew what to do, it was to bring fashion to the bonfire.
